Write for Us

Do you have an idea for a blog post? If so, we want to hear it! But don’t worry if you don’t have a how-to tip, study, and travel guides. Maybe you simply want to share your perspective on travel, immigration, visa or scholarships. Either way, we want to hear about it!

If you’re a good writer and have the commitment, writing for Travull.com is easy. We’ll push you to create high-quality, well-researched, insightful, and engaging content. Our editor will work closely with you to make revisions, and once published, you will get feedback from our founder.

There are many benefits to being a writer. You’ll get to read and communicate your ideas, help others improve their own understanding of topics while making informed decisions, and learn a lot in the process!

What Travull is looking for

Do you have travel tips or study hacks you’d like to share with our readers? You can submit a rough draft, a partial draft, or a short pitch (a paragraph or two summarizing your content and why it matters). The more complete your submission is, the better feedback we can give you. Keep in mind that we only accept original content — we do not publish anything that’s been published elsewhere (including on your blog).

We’d love to hear from you, though! Please don’t send us press releases or sales pitches.

Before you submit, look at our style and recent blog articles for guidance on structuring and formatting your article. Make sure it meets the following requirements:

  • The author sticks to the topic and offers well-researched, educative, informative content. You aren’t simply offering advice without context.
  • You’ll write blog posts that are unique and engaging—ones that have your voice and are bold, interesting, and human.
  • This article is written for people who are seeking to visa, work permit, scholarship or want to study abroad.
  • Make sure your content is supported with helpful tips and fact-checked where needed.
  • You follow our own style guide.

What Do We Publish?

We publish articles that range from 600 to 2,500 words. The average length is 1,500 words. Many factors determine an article’s length—such as the subject matter and editorial requirements. Articles may be casual in tone or formal depending on their content–ideal for less-intensive tutorials and posts or focused explorations of informative topics in travel and immigration.

Here’s how our process works!

When you’re ready, email your submission to our team. We prefer submissions as Google docs so editors can provide better feedback and guidance. You may also email us a document.

If we accept your article, an editor will work with you closely to improve the organization and style. Our goal is to help you refine your content and add persuasive language to make your article more effective.

We will schedule your article for publication as soon as revisions are complete. It’s difficult for us to give you a specific date that the article will be published until it is almost ready.
